1. Payment can be made by the following:
1.1 Site - credit cards and PayPal
1.2 Courses - cash and checks.
2. Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of purchase when the product is packaged in its original package and not used, upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt).
3. Refund (less 10% of the purchase) shall be, when the product will be returned within two business days after purchase, with check payee only, and provided that the products are unused and in original packaging.
5. There is no refund on shipping and handling.
6. Order care (collection, packing and shipping) is performed within two business days after making a payment by the customer. All shipping is sent by registered mail and you can follow it in Israel Post's site
7. Master Classes send in e-mail to the customer within 24 hours after making a payment by the customer. Not shipping and handling fees for Master Classes are charged.
